July 25 - August 1, 2026

Join us for a week-long yoga retreat in the enchanting town of Massa Lubrense on the Amalfi Coast!

We’ve reserved a stunning Italian villa with breathtaking views of the Tyrrhenian Sea, Capri, and Mount Vesuvius. Throughout the week, you’ll have the chance to explore Sorrento, Nerano, and Positano, set sail on a boat tour around Capri, and discover the beauty of the Italian coastline.

Enjoy hands-on cooking lessons in authentic Italian cuisine, relax by the villa’s pool and gardens, and choose from optional excursions like exploring Pompeii or hiking the legendary Path of the Gods.

Getting Here

We recommend flying into Naples-Capodichino International Airport (NAP) or Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO). If flying into Rome, you’ll be responsible for getting to Napoli Centrale or directly to the villa (about 1 hr 15 min by train or just over 3 hrs by car from Rome).

For guests arriving in Naples, we’ll provide transportation from Naples Airport or Napoli Centrale to the villa on July 25, 2026, and return shuttles on August 1, 2026. Please plan to arrive in Naples in time for our 2:30 PM group shuttle on August 30.

On departure day, we’ll schedule up to four shuttles at convenient times. As the drive is about 1.5 hours, please avoid booking flights or trains before 10:00 AM. Earlier departures may require arranging a private taxi at your own expense.
