Join Bradshaw Wish & Erika Scribner

July 25 - August 1, 2026

Join Bradshaw and Erika for a week-long yoga retreat in the enchanting town of Massa Lubrense on Italy’s Amalfi Coast. We’ve reserved a stunning private villa with sweeping views of the Tyrrhenian Sea, Capri, and Mount Vesuvius.

Throughout the week, you’ll explore nearby gems like Sorrento, Nerano, and Positano, set sail on a boat tour around Capri, and soak in the beauty of the Italian coastline. Enjoy hands-on cooking lessons featuring authentic Italian cuisine, unwind by the villa’s pool and gardens, and choose from optional excursions such as visiting Pompeii or hiking the legendary Path of the Gods.

In addition to daily yoga practices led by both Erika and Bradshaw, Erika will offer special Myofascial Release (MFR) sessions using therapeutic-grade tools such as therapy balls, while Bradshaw will lead an in-depth workshop designed to deepen your understanding and practice.

This retreat is an invitation to reconnect with yourself, your yoga practice, bond with like-minded community, and fully immerse in Italian culture- creating memories that will last a lifetime!

All payments are nonrefundable.

Getting Here

We recommend flying into Naples-Capodichino International Airport (NAP) or Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO). If flying into Rome, you’ll be responsible for getting to Napoli Centrale or directly to the villa (about 1 hr 15 min by train or just over 3 hrs by car from Rome).

For guests arriving in Naples, we’ll provide transportation from Naples Airport or Napoli Centrale to the villa on July 25, 2026, and return shuttles on August 1, 2026. Please plan to arrive in Naples in time for our 2:30 PM group shuttle on August 30.

On departure day, we’ll schedule up to four shuttles at convenient times. As the drive is about 1.5 hours, please avoid booking flights or trains before 10:00 AM. Earlier departures may require arranging a private taxi at your own expense.

What is Myofascial Release (MFR) Yoga?

Myofascial Release (MFR) is Erika’s primary specialty and a cornerstone of her work, gently woven into her yoga offerings to support pain relief, improved mobility, nervous system regulation, and long-term resilience. Using therapeutic-grade tools such balls, blocks & rollers, Erika guides slow, intentional sequences that blend MFR, mindful movement, and meditation, inviting the body to soften, release tension, and restore a sense of ease.

Getting Around

We’ll provide group transportation for sightseeing to Positano, Sorrento, and Nerano on two different days. If you’d like to arrange a private car to other nearby Amalfi towns, prices range from €60–150, and guests often choose to split the cost.

Weather

In late July, the Amalfi Coast is warm and sunny, with daytime highs around 82–90°F (28–32°C) and mild evenings. You can expect plenty of sunshine, occasional brief showers, and wonderfully warm sea temperatures- perfect for swimming and boat excursions.

Optional Excursions

We’ve curated a selection of optional tours to enhance your experience:

1. Pompeii Tour (5 hours)

Step back in time as you explore the fascinating ruins of Pompeii, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

  • Private driver for roundtrip transportation from the villa
  • Private tour guide to lead you through the ruins

2. Path of the Gods Hike (5 hours)

A breathtaking trek along the mountains above the Amalfi Coast, with sweeping views from Capri to the Bay of Salerno. Enjoy a traditional lunch prepared by a local shepherd along the way.

Prices range from €120–150, depending on group size and the current exchange rate. We’ll take care of all the arrangements for you.

What food is included during the retreat?

  • Daily continental European breakfast
  • Two gourmet Italian dinners at the villa, prepared by a private chef. Enjoy local delicacies on the villa’s rooftop terrace, with attentive service from our chef and staff.
  • Three-course dinner cooking class, where you’ll learn to prepare authentic Italian dishes.
  • Authentic Neapolitan pizza party dinner at the villa.
  • One dinner out at La Tagliata in Positano, featuring a variety of traditional Italian dishes.

What about the other meals?

All other meals are on your own, giving you the freedom to explore and enjoy the incredible local cuisine. Many nearby restaurants offer shuttle service to and from the villa, or you can arrange a private taxi to take you wherever you’d like. You’re also welcome to shop locally and prepare your own meals at the villa- each room includes a mini refrigerator, and there’s a large shared fridge in the fully equipped chef’s kitchen.

Can dietary restrictions be accommodated?

Yes! Gluten-free and vegan options can be provided for all private chef-prepared meals. Please share your preferences in advance.

What can I expect from Italian cuisine?

Italian cuisine is celebrated for its simplicity and fresh ingredients. You can expect seasonal produce, handmade pastas, fresh seafood, and artisanal cheeses. Depending on the season, Villa Solaria may also feature ingredients from its own farm to enhance your culinary experience.

Tipping Guidelines

Please bring €70 to tip the villa staff who will be serving breakfast and maintaining your rooms throughout your stay (€10 per day).

Additional tips for drivers and tour guides are appreciated- typically €2–5 per transfer for short trips, or €10–20 per person for full-day tours. For our boat trip to Capri, please set aside €10 per person for gratuity.

Trip Insurance

This trip is nonrefundable. We advise purchasing Canel for Any Reason (CFAR) trip insurance, which can be obtained HERE.

Refund Policy

All sales for retreats and trainings are final. Due to the planning and preparation required for these events, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason, including cancellations, schedule conflicts, or personal circumstances.

We recommend considering travel insurance or similar options to protect your investment in case of unexpected changes.
