Program Structure
This training offers flexibility and support through two modules: 150 hours online and 150 hours in person.
Beginning in April 2026, join us in Chicago for a two-week intensive from April 10–24, 2026. We’ll meet daily from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break.
After the in-person immersion, continue your studies virtually at your own pace. The full program spans six months and leads to certification as a 500-hour Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance.

We offer Payment Plans- to register put down your $1,000 deposit below. The second payment will be sent to you on December 1, 2025, and the final payment will be sent on March 1, 2026.

In-Person Module (April 10-24, 2026)
This module includes 150 Hours of in-person training led by Bradshaw and Giana in Chicago. This trip will focus on the physical portion of the program and dive deeper into anatomy and sequencing. It is a great way to advance your practice, dive deeper into anatomy and sequencing, and meet like-minded others.
You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of the body and how it moves, the ability to intelligently sequence classes that feel cohesive and good for your students, tools to reduce burnout through our methodology, strategies to retain and grow your student base, and the confidence to step into your role as a skilled, authentic teacher.

Virtual Module (Beginning May 2026)
This training includes 50 hours of recorded lectures and 100 hours of live calls and mentorship designed to help you grow as both a teacher and practitioner.
You’ll dive deep into topics such as:
- Pranayama, meditation, and nervous system regulation
- Restorative yoga, chair yoga, and prenatal basics
- Working with different body types and injuries
- The energetic body: the koshas, chakras, nadis, and prana vayus
- The business of yoga: finding your voice as a teacher, building a brand, and working outside of studios
- Teaching workshops, privates, and retreats : including how to plan and lead retreats successfully
- Stepping into yoga as a sustainable career - from creating income streams to setting boundaries and prioritizing self-care

Advance your yoga teaching with our comprehensive 500-Hour RYT program, designed to boost your skills, knowledge, confidence, and credentials. The program includes one in-person destination-based module covering topics like sequencing, anatomy, advanced asana, workshops, and various yoga formats. Additionally, participants will benefit from a self-paced virtual module, offering exclusive access to a rich catalog of content, including yoga history, philosophy, breathwork, teaching methodology, marketing, management, and so much more!
Our CHICAGO module is structured to allow working teachers to take a break from their daily routines and fully immerse themselves in their learning and practice. We've intentionally designed this flexible schedule to fit your needs, providing a transformative experience away from your regular commitments. A comprehensive manual serves as a self-study guide for trainees, enhancing each module of the training program.
Monthly meetings, mentorship and virtual yoga practices are also included as part of the program to support continuous learning and practice.
To enroll, candidates must have completed a 200-hour RYT certification.

Do I need a 200-hour certificate to join?
Yes. You must already hold a 200-hour yoga teacher training certificate to register for this program.
Are payment plans available?
Yes. You can reserve your spot with a $1,000 deposit, and the remaining balance is split into two evenly divided payments.
How long does this training take?
Six
months from start to finish.
What style of yoga is this training rooted in?
This training is rooted in Vinyasa yoga, with a focus on intelligent sequencing, functional anatomy, and adaptability so you can refine your personal teaching style.

Is Housing or Food Included?
The tuition includes the in-person training, online course, and mentorship. Housing is not included, so you’ll be responsible for finding your own accommodations while in Chicago. There are plenty of great Airbnb options nearby.
Which neighborhood do you recommend staying in?
We recommendWicker Park, Bucktown, Lincoln Park West, or Old Town. If your accommodation is near the Red Line train or a crosstown bus, you’ll have easy access to the training location. These neighborhoods also offer great restaurants and plenty of Airbnb options.
Do I need to bring my own props/mat?
Yes, please bring your own mat and props. If you need to purchase props, we’ve arranged a special discount code with Lifeform for all our trainees.
Is there homework or practice teaching outside of training hours?
Yes. In addition to readings, class planning, and practice teaching, you’ll also be asked to take public yoga classes and complete assignments through our online course platform. These experiences are designed to deepen your practice, broaden your perspective, and support your growth as a teacher.
Do I get access to an alumni community?
Yes! After completing the training, you’ll be part of our alumni community. We host occasional catch-up meetings to stay connected, share resources, and support each other’s teaching journeys.
